UK shipping
Free UK shipping. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday ship the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most UK customers receive their order within 2–3 working days.
International shipping
We ship to most of the world. Rates will be calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days depending on destination. Customs duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
30-day no-quibble returns on all physical products. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Email contact@maletics.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method. Digital products (PDF journal) are non-refundable once downloaded — get in touch within 24 hours if something's wrong.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, email contact@maletics.com within 14 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge.
